We process the contact details you send us solely to respond to your enquiry and to manage the engagement that may follow. The lawful basis is your consent for enquiries submitted through this site, legitimate interest for security of the service, and contractual necessity for active clients. Records are retained for the duration of the relationship plus the statutory limitation period, then deleted.
The contact form collects only your name, business e-mail, optional company or website, the service you are interested in and your message. Submissions are transmitted over HTTPS to our own server, validated there and stored in our EU-hosted database (Lovable Cloud, built on Supabase); unanswered enquiries are automatically deleted after 180 days. No data is written to the database directly from your browser.
To prevent automated abuse we use a hidden honeypot field that real visitors never see or fill in — bot submissions are silently discarded without being stored — and we apply a submission limit per visitor. For the limit we store only a one-way cryptographic hash of your IP address together with a counter, for a maximum of twenty minutes; the address itself is never written to our database. IP addresses are treated as personal data, and their processing rests on our legitimate interest in protecting the service from abuse. No third-party anti-spam service receives your data.
This site sets no cookies at all — no advertising, analytics, cross-site tracking or security-challenge cookies — and loads no tracking pixels or session-replay scripts. Only the strictly necessary resources required to serve the pages are used. No consent banner is therefore required under the ePrivacy Directive.
You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability or object to processing at any time. We respond within one month and free of charge. If you are not satisfied, you may lodge a complaint with your national supervisory authority.
Diagnostic audits are provided without charge and without obligation. Paid engagements are governed by a signed statement of work incorporating a data processing agreement, confidentiality provisions and defined deliverables. Nothing on this site constitutes legal advice.
